Pioneer Truss LLC is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time position in our yard operations. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license or be willing to obtain a class E license. Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with loading and unloading materials.
- Make timely deliveries to various locations.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
- Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Consistent attendance and positive job performance reviews.
- Possession of a valid class E driver's license or willingness to obtain it shortly after hiring.
- Understanding of Federal and State Department of Transportation regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from management to fellow employees.
- Proficient in language, reasoning, and basic mathematical skills.
The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks with agility and comfort, including walking, sitting, standing, bending, talking, hearing, seeing, and using hands to operate necessary tools. Candidates must be capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 80 lbs.
