As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities.
- Creating personalized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents.
- Delivering medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Educating residents and family members about care options and best practices.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories.
To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:
- A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Completion of an approved nursing program.
- Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
