• Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, and maintain a high level of quality assurance in all aspects of pharmacy operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
• Inventory Management and Financial Performance: Manage inventory levels, control costs, and drive financial performance in the pharmacy.

• Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification: Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Background Check: No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

• Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
