We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Chief Engineer to join our team at Courtyard Nashville. As a key member of our engineering and facilities team, you will be responsible for managing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

• Manage and maintain the physical plant, including equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of engineering staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditure projects, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with business objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related field.
• Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
