Job Description
We are seeking an experienced palliative care physician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a palliative care physician at SourceMD, you will work closely with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to manage pain, symptoms, and other challenges associated with their condition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a palliative care physician at SourceMD, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. A board certification in palliative medicine or a related field is preferred.
