Restorative Clinician

This position is responsible for providing mental health services to students in Lynchburg City Schools. The Restorative Clinician will work with students, parents, and staff to develop and implement strategies to support student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
- Monitor student progress and collect data on behavior
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- QMHP-C certification or eligible
- Preferred experience in restorative practices and trauma-informed care
- Honesty and integrity
- Emotional intelligence and cultural competence
- Leadership and communication skills
- Technical capabilities and data analysis
This position requires frequent standing, sitting, and walking. The employee must be able to use hands to type and feel, and stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
