- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and thorough activity reports are provided to the agent.
- Stay up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life and Health license (preferred)
- Multi-line sales experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in a team environment and multi-task
