Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces to ensure that all necessary hardware and appliances are present and in working order.
  • Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms in accordance with our property's room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
  • Perform miscellaneous minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
  • Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
