Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing direct care to individuals struggling with chemical dependency, as well as supervising primary care staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a strong commitment to our mission.

Essential Job Functions
  • Screen potential clients to ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
  • Initiate and follow emergency procedures as needed.
  • Obtain vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients.
  • Monitor and report on client withdrawal and medical conditions.
  • Arrange for client transfers to local hospitals as necessary.
  • Document client information and medical records accurately.
Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Current and valid New York State LPN license.
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with varying shifts, including Saturday 8p-8a and Thursday 8a-8p. Per diem shifts are also available on an as-needed basis.

Salary

The salary for this position is $25-$27 per hour.
