Dental Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Smile Brands. As a dental hygienist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best oral health.

Responsibilities:

• You will deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude).
• Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount.
• Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments.
• Screen patients' periodontal health.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Perform oral cancer screenings.
• Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts.

Qualifications:

• You must have an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed.
• A current CPR certification is also required.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is between $38.00-$45.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
