Job Title: Montessori Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Montessori Educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Montessori Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and Assess: Observe children closely to understand their needs and abilities, and assess their progress to inform instruction.
  • Prepare the Environment: Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that promotes independence, concentration, and a love of learning.
  • Teach and Guide: Provide individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development, and guide them in using materials and activities to achieve their goals.

Requirements:
