About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Matron to join our team at Next Level Urgent Care. As a Medical Matron, you will provide primary and episodic care to patients, working independently and collaboratively with other medical professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary and episodic care to patients, following standards and protocols set by the Chief Medical Officer and/or Supervising Physician.
  • Maintains patient flow and maximizes the delivery of quality care to patients.
  • Emphasize health promotion and/or disease prevention through patient education and coordination of care.
  • Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care.
  • Interprets data and diagnostic results for appropriate course of action.
  • Maintains quality, safety, and infection control standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Clinical experience in an emergency, urgent care or ambulatory clinic setting.
  • Skilled in traditional nursing disciplines of patient assessment and management.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal well with employees, patients, families and Physician/Medical Providers.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
