Qualifications- Completion of a residency in medicine and a fellowship in cardiology from ACGME-approved programs
- Current BC/BE in Cardiology (American Board of Internal Medicine/Cardiology)
- Valid state medical license (MD or DO)
- Valid DEA certificate
