Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop a Team: As a Store Executive Intern, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly team members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Drive Guest Experience: You will work closely with the Executive Team Lead (ETL) to drive guest experience and ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable experience in our stores.
- Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are operating at peak levels, including managing inventory, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly.
- Business Acumen: You will gain a deep understanding of our business, including our financials, sales strategies, and operational processes, and use this knowledge to make informed decisions and drive business results.
- Leadership Development: You will participate in a comprehensive leadership development program, which will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in a leadership role within our company.
- Previous Retail Experience: A minimum of 6 months of previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team, are essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and other stakeholders.
