  1. Complete all tasks on the preparation list prior to the end of the shift.
  2. Prepare a variety of food items for the cooking line and service areas, including sauces, dressings, and prepped vegetables.
  3. Ensure proper rotation, storage, and labeling of food items.
  4. Safely operate kitchen equipment such as food processors, dishwashers, and convection ovens.
  5. Assist in the cleaning, stocking, and organization of food and beverage inventory.
  6. Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.
  7. Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, including equipment, floors, and surfaces.
  8. Foster a collaborative environment by working respectfully with all team members.
  9. Communicate effectively and demonstrate a willingness to assist colleagues.
  10. Uphold a safe and harassment-free workplace for all staff.
  11. Adhere strictly to sanitary and safe food handling practices to protect consumer health.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with culinary terminology, food items, and kitchen equipment.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to learn basic cooking techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Must possess the physical and mental stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds. The role requires standing, walking, climbing, and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
