As a Mechanic - Pump (Service Tech II) in the Fluid division at United Rentals, you will leverage your expertise to conduct maintenance and minor repairs on various equipment while ensuring safety and professionalism. Your role will encompass troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of pumps and dryers. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain service documentation Mentor junior Technicians Demonstrate equipment functionality to clients Travel to client locations as required Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of dryers and pumps across various sizes and manufacturers Familiarity with construction machinery Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly regarding different engine types Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams Possession of relevant tools for the position Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, both verbal and written Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Capability to frequently lift items weighing up to 45 lbs.
