The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. With a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in risk management, preferably in pediatric acute care or long-term care settings, this individual will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management program.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an Unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license in the State of Texas. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and cloud-based platforms, as well as experience managing projects in a matrix structure.

This role involves working closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and making meaningful contributions to projects and assignments.
