About the Role: As a Security Officer at Curaleaf, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, patients, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol the Facility: Conduct regular security checks, patrol the facility, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points, and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Maintain Security Systems: Conduct routine checks and maintenance of security systems, adjust equipment as needed, detect tampering, troubleshoot malfunctions, and evaluate new equipment and techniques.
• Monitor and Authorize Access: Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of individuals, investigate and report irregular activity to the Security Manager or local police, and respond to all alarms.
• Ensure Accurate Reporting: Ensure that all reports, records, and documentation are precise, comprehensive, and submitted promptly, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Transport Deliveries Safely: Safely and securely transport deliveries to authorized dispensary organizations and patients, ensuring receipt is registered.
• Operate Company Vehicles: Operate vehicles in compliance with state and local guidelines.

What You'll Bring:

• A New York State driver's license and be at least 25 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.

Estimated Salary Range: $21-$22 USD per hour based on location and experience.
