About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process sales transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and complying with inventory control procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other store team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support the success of the store.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
