We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible hours.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience working in senior housing or a related field is preferred, but not required. We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional resident care and support services
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the community
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as laundry and meal preparation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Current negative TB test
  • Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours
  • Able to carry or transfer up to 50lbs with assistance
  • Able to pass criminal record/background check
  • Be efficient and exercise good time management skills
  • Must be able to work well independently with little oversight
  • Must have a track record of top-notch organizational abilities and communication skills
  • Valid driver license with clean driving abstract
  • Willing to attend and incorporate into your work efforts different types of training
