Position Details:
  • Operating Room Technician
  • Start as soon as possible, 13-week assignment
  • Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, 11A-11P, weekdays, with on-call duties, rotating weekends and holidays
  • Experience in general, orthopedic, and neurological procedures is essential
Job Expectations:
  • Proven experience in general, orthopedic, and neurological surgery is required
  • NBSTSA certification is essential
  • State licensure (VA or equivalent) is necessary
Work Schedule:
  • 3x12 hour shifts, 11A-11P, weekdays, with on-call responsibilities, rotating weekends and holidays
Additional Information:
  • I-9 or attestation documentation is required.
  • TIME SENSITIVE: A valid Driver's License or State ID must be provided within 48 hours of signing. Carilion verifies the radius to the facility based on the address on the Driver's License/State ID. Candidates unable to provide a Driver's License/State ID with an address more than 100 miles from their contracted facility will be disqualified.
  • E-Verify or attestation documentation is required.
  • A Residency Declaration Form is necessary if the candidate is working under a compact license.
