Financial Representative Sales Professional

This is a full-time regular position with an estimated annual salary of $43,200 - $60,000, based on location and performance. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.

• Develop strong relationships with internal business partners and cultivate a deep understanding of our product offerings.
• Participate in goal setting sessions and progress evaluation meetings to ensure you're meeting your targets.
• Demonstrate expertise in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients and contribute to classroom discussions to enhance your knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully achieve criteria of Trainee Program.
• Pass and apply for appropriate insurance licenses within 14 days of entry into the job.

• An hourly wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days, followed by a promotion to a Financial Representative with a base salary of $36,000 per year, plus monthly sales incentives.
