Shift Schedule: Nights M-F 9pm - 5am

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems as directed by management, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and calibrations, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on all mechanical and electrical assets that affect facility operations and grounds.
  • At automated locations, execute preventative maintenance on proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, pressure switches, push buttons, and related testing equipment.
  • Carry out inspections and basic repairs on refrigeration systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on material handling equipment according to manufacturer and company standards to guarantee safe and continuous operation.
  • Document inspections, evaluations, and maintenance procedures, communicating all relevant information regarding equipment performance and upkeep to management on a daily basis.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Duties:

  • Utilize power tools, cutting torches, and welding equipment to cut or join metal components.
  • Operate motorized lifts and rental equipment as necessary while inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining machinery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in the use of power and hand tools.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, from -20°F to 100°F, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Comfortable working in various noise levels, which may be loud at times.
  • Knowledge and experience with Working at Height may be required in some locations.
