About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Mattel. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access to the facility.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Protect company assets and property from theft, vandalism, and other forms of damage.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Screen individuals entering and exiting the facility to ensure authorized access.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security-related field, preferably in a corporate or warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
