Job Title: Financial Advisor

Financial & Tax Architects LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to our clients, helping them achieve their retirement goals and securing their financial futures.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Financial Advisor to work with our clients, providing personalized financial solutions and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide personalized financial solutions.
  • Lead educational seminars to introduce our services and inform clients about the most suitable options.
  • Employ public speaking skills to effectively educate clients about financial products and services.
  • Serve clients by providing ongoing financial guidance and support.
  • Manage a team of junior planners and account managers to ensure efficient collaboration and delivery of outstanding results.
  • Oversee client issues and provide guidance to the team to ensure exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Active State Life and Health License.
  • Series 65 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment).
  • Prior experience in wealth or financial planning, advising, or life and/or annuity sales.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage with High-Quality Prospects (HQP) with investable assets ranging from $500k to $5M.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets and earn substantial income.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate client availability.
