About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Lowe's Companies, Inc. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and margin growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate customer flow and work demand, redirecting efforts and schedules to ensure proper coverage when and where needed.
  • Plan for spikes in sales and ensure the store has the in-stock position to support demand.
  • Conduct safety walks, monitor use of store power equipment, and coach associates on safe work practices.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
  • 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
  • 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience leading service associates in a retail or consumer service industry.
  • 3 years of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Experience working in the home improvement retail sector.
  • Broad knowledge of interior/exterior product categories.
