Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain extensive test suites for both manual and automated testing processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing scenarios.
  • Validate system integrations to guarantee data accuracy and seamless process flows.
  • Integrate automated testing with frameworks to enhance test execution and reporting efficiency.
  • Execute detailed manual test cases, especially for complex or high-risk areas not covered by automation.
  • Document test outcomes and track issues using appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to incorporate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work closely with QA analysts and developers to translate requirements into precise test cases, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot test failures; identify root causes and suggest improvements to enhance test reliability.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to establish and maintain test environments aligned with production configurations.
  • Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and promoting best practices for both manual and automated testing.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in software testing to continuously improve our practices.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical QA role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools.
  • Experience with ERP implementation is required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), e-commerce platforms, and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience with complex data pipelines and integrations across multiple components.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven.
  • Strong programming skills in Java; knowledge of additional languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI, including the design and execution of automated API tests.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI for integrating automated tests into build pipelines.
  • Proficient in using version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
  • Strong SQL skills for database testing, including the ability to write and execute queries to validate data integrity.
