About the Role

Franciscan Health is seeking a highly skilled EAP Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Assistance Program, you will provide individual, couple, and family mental health counseling to employees and dependents of Franciscan Alliance, as well as Indiana contracting business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat clients experiencing mental health issues, ensuring compliance with standardized brief therapeutic mental health models and regulatory agencies.
  • Work with organization leadership to address behavioral risk situations through therapeutic interventions and provide departmental education, crisis debriefing, and team-focused process groups.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of action, providing brief counseling, referrals, case monitoring, and follow-up services.
  • Promote EAP services through wellness newsletters, presentations, and webinars, and maintain up-to-date client file documentation, demographic statistics, and productivity reports.
  • Collaborate with community and behavioral healthcare providers to ensure best practices and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Services or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Social Services or a related field.
  • 1 year of EAP experience preferred.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) required.
  • Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) preferred.
