We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Mechanic - Fleet to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various road equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel-powered equipment, including tractors, trailers, reefers, lift gates, and other related machinery.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance procedures according to company standards.
  • Accurately document all repairs, parts used, and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Respond to road service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and support team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic, or a combination of both.
  • Diesel Mechanic Certification or TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in administering preventative maintenance programs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
