About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) to provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication
  • Promote client community integration and inclusion

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma/GED
  • 18 years of age or over
  • Active driver's license
  • Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $18.25/hr. to $22/hr., depending on certifications and shift differentials. Per diem/relief MHRT direct care positions available in Gardiner, Maine at $14.75/hr..
