We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Wellpath. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing quality mental health care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized plans of care.
- Provide psychiatric consultation, diagnostic, treatment, and medication management services to patients.
- Document all relevant patient care issues, including observations and interventions, in progress notes and treatment plans.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with psychiatric experience preferred.
- Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice highly desired.
