Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Imaging Specialist to join our team. If you value precision and are committed to achieving production targets, this role is designed for you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your physical coordination and dexterity to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Capture high-quality images of vehicles on the dealership lot and upload them to our proprietary software.
  • Print and affix the necessary labels for the Used Car Inventory.
  • Be adaptable and ready to take on additional responsibilities as directed by management based on operational requirements.

Physical Demands:
This role is physically intensive and involves:

  • Frequent movements such as bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting.
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Handling and moving multiple vehicles throughout the workday.
  • Regularly flexing the spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Receiving detailed information through verbal communication.
  • Maintaining clarity of vision and hearing.
  • Conducting quality inspections of your work.
  • Exhibiting a sense of urgency to respect our customers' time.
  • Adhering strictly to our uniform and grooming standards.

Qualifications:
While prior photography experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment. We supply all necessary equipment, including cameras, printers, and computers. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A commitment to treating each customer's vehicle with utmost care and respect.
  • Reliability in reporting to work on time and maintaining focus during shifts.
  • Capability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
