Job Overview

Provision People, an award-winning client, is seeking a skilled Business Applications Manager to oversee and optimize their ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.

About the Role

This primarily remote position requires occasional on-site visits to Lansdowne, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of ERP, WMS, and CRM systems with other business applications and external systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP System Management: Manage and support the company's ERP, WMS, and CRM systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • IT Project Leadership: Lead and execute IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
  • Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence: Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • EDI Process Oversight: Ensure seamless integration of ERP, WMS, and CRM systems with other business applications and external systems, as well as oversee EDI processes for accurate and timely data exchange with partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ERP Experience: Proven experience in ERP system management, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Integration Technologies: Knowledge of EDI and integration technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, strong project management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Lifestyle Flexibility: Flexibility to work remotely with occasional on-site visits to Lansdowne, PA.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Provision People offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
