About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will be working in a school-based setting to support students with communication needs. This is a full-time contract position, and we are seeking an experienced professional who can provide high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with munication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Monitor and document students progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active Nevada SLP licensure
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
