We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County. As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
