Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Music Ensemble Assistant to join our team at Olentangy Berlin Middle School. This is a supplemental opportunity that requires a valid Pupil Activity Permit with the Ohio Department of Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit professional behavior and sound judgment in all interactions with students, staff, and administrators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster student learning and engagement in music programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to share best practices and improve music education.
  • Assist with budget management and requisitioning for music programs.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of music department inventory.
  • Schedule and publicize special music events and performances.
Requirements
  • Valid Pupil Activity Permit with the Ohio Department of Education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and administrators.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
