Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Job Description

We are committed to providing comprehensive and integrated care to children with autism and their families. Our Occupational Therapist will play a vital role in developing and implementing naturalistic occupational therapy plans for young children aged 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to support children's gross motor skills, fine motor skills, feeding, and daily living activities.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties, including ABA, speech, and psychology.
  • Collaborate with a team of RBTs to translate OT goals into effective therapy and support their career growth and progression.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate with team members and families.
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and coach and support them in their journey.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy.
  • Preference for OTs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new OTs starting their career.
  • Ability to connect and engage with young children and their families.
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
