The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the St. Peter area.

Job Summary

As a Home Health CNA, you will provide one-on-one patient care to clients in their homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be responsible for delivering age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the patient.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating
  • Provide care as delegated and indicated on the care plan for assigned patients
  • Deliver care that is respectful, compassionate, and culturally sensitive
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • Completion of a 75-hour nurse assistant course
  • Registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and registered in the applicable state's Department of Health
  • Valid driver's license required
