Academy Tutor

We are seeking a qualified Substitute Academy Tutor to join our team. As a Substitute Academy Tutor, you will provide instructional support to students in a variety of subjects, including reading, writing, and mathematics. This is a non-permanent position, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide instructional support to students in reading, writing, and mathematics
• Assist students with homework and projects
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 48 units of college credit or completion of the District's Proficiency Test
• Ability to read and write at a level necessary for job performance
