Dishwashing Professional

We are seeking a Dishwashing Professional to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishes, equipment, and kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine and ensure it is functioning properly
• Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to maintain hygiene standards
• Change water and store dish chemicals according to safety guidelines
• Set up and organize the dish racks for efficient washing
• Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen area
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment

About the Role:
