The Handyman Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the team leader at South Mill Champs, contributing to the stability and maintenance of our company properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, ability to work outdoors and indoors, and a willingness to adapt to various temperatures, weather conditions, and sound levels.

• Assist in basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
• Perform tasks that require climbing ladders and working at heights with confidence and safety.
• Work a minimum 40-hour week, with flexibility to accept overtime as needed to meet business demands.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in all phases of carpentry, plumbing, and roofing is essential.
• A general handyman background and knowledge of backhoe, loader, and small dump truck operation are highly desirable.
• A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
