About the Role

Valentine Business and Tax Services is hiring an Accounting Services Associate to provide bookkeeping services and prepare tax returns for our Waxahachie office. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. We offer flexible work hours, with a typical weekly commitment of 20-40 hours.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong QuickBooks skills
  • Experience in tax preparation (H&R Block, Liberty Tax, Jackson Hewitt, etc.) is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual skills are also preferred but not necessary

Your key responsibilities as an Accounting Services Associate will include:

  • Collecting and organizing client tax documents
  • Preparing personal tax returns with attention to detail
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients
