Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead our multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical project management, particularly in the multifamily arena. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a successful history of project execution, budget oversight, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Lead the on-site construction team, collaborating with architects and engineers.

- Develop and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and building codes.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for coordinating diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and CAD software.
- Preferred certification as a Licensed Electrician.
- Physical capability to work on construction sites, including handling heavy materials.
