The estimated hourly salary for this position is $15-$25, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Develop and implement training programs for gymnasts of all levels, focusing on proper technique and form.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for athletes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with other coaches to plan and execute team practices and competition readiness.
• Motivate and inspire gymnasts to set and achieve their goals, fostering a growth mindset and love for the sport.

• Previous experience coaching gymnastics, with a strong background in teaching techniques and training methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, athletes, and parents.
• A passion for working with youth athletes, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• An ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence in gymnastics instruction.
