The ideal candidate will possess valid and current State LVN/LPN License, ACLS certification, and sound clinical judgment. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to interpret instructions, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative visits, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
- Retrieve individual records upon request, maintaining accurate and secure storage.
- Monitor the collection, processing, maintenance, storage, and access to patient and clinical records.
- Provide support for physicians during procedures as needed.
- Clean and sterilize operating rooms and instruments, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Explain treatment procedures, medications, and physician's instructions to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain appropriate medical supplies and schedule follow-up appointments as required.
- Valid and current State LVN/LPN License.
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire and maintained annually.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel.
