**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. As a Travel RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care and lead a team of nurses
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement nursing care plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Requirements:**
* Current RN licensure
* BSN degree or higher
* 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
* Leadership experience preferred
