POSITION SUMMARY

Deliver exceptional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to all patrons.

Prepare and arrange tables in the dining area and carry out various food service-related tasks, including general cleaning and setup.

Serve beverages, bread, and coffee while greeting guests by name whenever feasible during meal service. Properly stack trays for efficient unloading for cleaning staff and adhere to safety standards consistently.

Complete end-of-shift responsibilities, which include storing all reusable items, dismantling goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning items to their designated places, securing refrigerators, restocking supplies, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist.

Organize, stock, and maintain workspaces. Assess the cleanliness and presentation of all dishware, glassware, and cutlery before use. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, following clean-as-you-go practices and utilizing cleaning protocols to comply with health and safety regulations.


Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; and complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer phones with appropriate etiquette.

Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team efforts to achieve common objectives, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.

Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $18.00 per hour and may offer benefits such as a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off, sick leave, and other wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
