Fitness Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and driving sales growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective clients
• Promote our fitness programs and services to drive sales growth
• Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
• Assist with studio tours and introductory sessions
• Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
• Ensure the studio is clean and organized at all times
