Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with certification requirements related to food handling and alcohol service.
  • Familiarize yourself with the restaurant layout and the responsibilities of each position.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu offerings and daily specials.
  • Provide attentive service to guests, fulfilling all food and beverage requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed to maintain a tidy dining environment.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality is a plus.
  • Certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling as required by state regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey information clearly.
  • Quick decision-making skills and the ability to evaluate options accurately.
  • Capability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
