Charge Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse LPN to join our team at The Neighborhoods by Tiger Place. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring that our community standards are met.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and performing various nursing tasks.
- Supervise and train caregivers to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the medical director.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN) with current state license.
- Experience in long-term care or community health.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
